What steps can I take for better health?
Reproductive Science Center of New Jersey supports women’s health during all walks of life. Along with WomensHealth.gov, we work to provide women with easy lifestyle tips for better physical and mental health:
- Visit a doctor or nurse to receive regular checkups and preventive screenings
- Get active
- Eat healthy
- Pay attention to mental health, including getting enough sleep and managing stress
- Avoid unhealthy behaviors, such as smoking, texting while driving, and not wearing a seat belt or bicycle helmet
